Currently, we ship to all regions of Saudi Arabia and All around the wordl. Your order will be delivered within a timeframe ranging from (3-5) business days within Saudi Arabia and (7-10) business days for the rest of the countries, after the order is processed and executed. Upon the operations team receiving your order, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the order and the commencement of processing.

In case of entering the wrong address, for example (enter the name of the nearest main city and the correct address in one of the villages belonging to the city), this may result in incorrect shipping options, and the shipping company may refuse to deliver to you, leading to the return of the shipment. The customer will bear the costs of return and re-shipping after receiving the returned shipment from the shipping company, including the free shipping fees.
The customer is responsible for the costs of return and re-shipping for the second time, and the order cannot be canceled. In the case of a total or partial return of the order, the free delivery charges will be deducted in case the final order amount changes from the minimum amount, and return fees will be calculated.
The refund will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the returned shipment from the shipping company and deducting the delivery amount, including the free shipping delivery. Note that returns do not apply to products purchased from promotional offers or discounted products
