Return & Exchange Policy

At Sans, we prioritize customer satisfaction and providing a reliable shopping experience. Therefore, our return and exchange policy is clear and transparent.


Return and Exchange Period:


Within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receiving the return order.

Product Condition:


  • Products must be unused and in their original condition, with the original box and sealed packaging.

  • Used products will not be accepted.

  • Damaged Products: Returns are limited to manufacturing defects only and do not cover misuse or failure to follow care instructions.


Return Fees:


  • A return shipping fee of 49 will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used after we receive, inspect, and confirm the returned products.

  • The refund process may take up to 10 business days.


Exchange Fees:


  • The exchange fee is 49.


Unreceived Orders:


  • Reshipment: If the customer wishes to have their order reshipped, a reshipping fee of 25 will be charged.
  • For Cancellation: If the customer, after receiving the order, decides not to reship it, a fee of 25 will be deducted from the refund amount.


Refund:


  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used after the products have been received, inspected, and accepted.

  • The refund process may take up to 10 business days.
